THIS WEEK'S WORKOUT REGIME
Day 1:
Start off with Yoga training, which includes basics like breathing techniques, surya namaskar and other simple asanas (consult an yoga professional for a individualised program).
Day 2:
Go for full body circuit training that shapes your entire frame. Include push ups, pull ups and bench press in your workout regime.
Day 3:
Focus on cardio exercises like uphill walking, jogging (Beach/ Tread-mill) and stair climbing.
Chew them well for speedy and lasting results. Any movement has to start
with a small change.

Breakfast
Start your day with 1 cup of Tea/Coffee
(made from skim milk; without sugar).
This should be accompanied with any
one of these - 1 bowl of Oats Porridge/
1 bowl Dalia Upma/ 1 bowl poha and
finally 2 egg whites,scrambled, boiled
or made into an omelette.
