Shipping & Delivery
Products are usually shipped within 48 hours from the date the order is received. Delivery Timelines - Tier 1 cities 4 to 5 working days , Tier 2 cities 6 to 7 working days and Tier 3 cities and ODA locations the timeline may vary depending on how far is the delivery address from the closest hub. These TATs do not include the pick up and the delivery day.
Return Policy
We offer a 10 day return policy in case of any manufacturing defect. Orders only billed in the name of Cravatex Brand Limited are eligible for return.
